Refund policy

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

If you received the wrong item, or if it was damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order.  O Skin Studio will only accept unopened packaging for an exchange/refund.  To start an exchange/refund, please contact us at the email address below, and we will respond within 24 hours.  When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first obtaining a return authorization will not be refunded.  When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
